Wow, MLG is getting smart, that is. I know that this has become the debate of the minute, and since I don’t want to write a three page post on the forums and I needed a blog topic you lucky kids get to read my rant! I know what most of the people out there in console-land are thinking (I know because I am from there, too) - that MLG is making a huge mistake by having WOW as one of their game lineups. I would’ve agreed with you a year ago had I not seen the pull WOW had on …

For a long time, my HTC was my best friend. He allowed me to organize my life with the simple click of a stylus. The Winbows 5.0 OS made me feel right at home and it had 3 alarms that helped wake my butt up every morning. But eventually newer, flashy versions were released and my guy started to look pretty drab. So I decided to kick him to the curb and make a change. Thanks to my Crackberry friend and roomate, Lady PMS, I am now addicted to my very own Blackberry Curve. *sigh* Yea, I know you’re jealous. Mwahaha. …

Being a member of the Frag Dolls and the leader of PMS Clan, I get lots and lots of questions about how people can go about getting their team sponsored. While I can’t really tell you how to go get sponsored (as it really comes down to selling yourself and a companies products/services), I can help you put a sponsorship proposal together that would assist you in your hunt. This is something that should be sent to any company that asks for more information from you, and can be emailed out to potential sponsors. You can even organize your proposal into …

1. If your life was made into a game on Xbox360 what would some of the achievements (filled or unfulfilled) be? How much would these achievements be worth; how high are some of the fragdolls “liferscores”? Finally would there be “0 pt” embarasment achievements? The Psyche game Achievement list: - Made little sister cry without inflicting physical harm - 50pts. - Tripping in front of a cute guy in high school - 30pts. - Graduate college with a psychology degree *locked* - Getting around without a driver’s license or permit for 21 years - 40pts.
The fat reality of gaming is that we spend a lot of time sitting on our asses. With the exception of burning calories while rocking out on Rock Band, serving people on DDR, and gesticulating wildly for certain Wii games, there’s a lot of sitting and staring. Trash talking and frustrated controller throwing are probably the best workouts we get while playing the traditional stationary games. To make matters worse, junk food is as much a part of the ‘typical gamer’ stereotype as is pasty, sun-deprived skin. It’s safe to assume that potato chip grease is one of the top 3 …

While I was doing an interview at Comic Con 08 in New York City, I was asked “which game do you think is better, Call of Duty 4 or Rainbow Six Vegas 2?” I wish I could have given a more in-depth answer than I did. To make up for it, I decided to write a blog comparing and contrasting both games. I’m not going to choose which one is better because I believe that they are both solid games that I enjoy playing (even though I tend to play Rainbow Six Vegas 2 a lot more).
I was going to write a blog about the Imagine series DS title, Master Chef, and pretend I thought it was called “Master Chief,” but upon doing a Google search about the game I realized that joke has been told by half the people reviewing it. Oh well. That would be cool if they had a DS game called Master Chief. What they ought to do is take all the existing Imagine games and create parallel titles with Master Chief. There’d be Master Chief Chef, Spartan Babyz, Armor Fashion Designer, etc. Yeah, that’d be so cool. I’d recommend Master Chef if …

Comic Con was so much fun! It was a first for me in a lot of ways - my first comic book convention, my first time meeting Seductivpancake and Errrskate, my first time getting star struck – and that is where my story begins. Half way through day two, we’ve given out tons of prizes, played games, bought geeky things from the surrounding booths, and ate lots of junk food. Emily and I were chatting up a storm and stuffing our faces with oh-so-delicious chocolate cupcakes when all of a sudden I feel a tug on my arm: “Oh my god, …

I know I say this every year, but I had the best Comic Con ever! This year’s NY Comic Con already beat last year’s times ten. We spent all weekend at the Ubisoft booth playing LOST and RSV2, while running raffles and giving away tons of cool LOST, Assassins Creed, and Frag Doll prizes. Sounds like tons of fun, right? Anyhow, it was Friday, the end of the first day of Comic Con. It had been a great day so far.
This past weekend has been a crazy one!!! I usually spend my downtime playing games with Max while eating pizza and watching movies, sprinkle in A LOT of sleep and you have for a pretty average American weekend. But this one was very different! Maybe it’s the spring air or the fact it’s been sunny more than rainy for once. Whatever it was, gaming took a backseat to my list of activites (I still managed to get in a few hours of my addiction, don’t worry!). 1. I planted my garden!!! And it wasn’t just flowers either, I have everything from …

I finally got to play Rock Band and now I have it at my disposal. My cousin borrowed the game from a friend of a friend, and we have been jamming out in my icebox of a room. It’s such a great game; all aspects of it are awesome. The drums, microphone, and guitar are soo much fun! Even though I like the feel of the Rock Band guitar, I still prefer using my Guitar Hero axe because it just works better for me. My very first experience with Rock Band was prior to this.
theviper556: do you play on the PS 3 much...? I have one still in the box. If a game comes out that is only on that system and I just have to play it, then it would get opened. I just haven’t really gotten to it. It’s not that I don’t like PlayStation, I am just wrapped up in my Xbox and PC! what do you think of RSV 2? I have competed on every Rainbow Six title on Xbox, starting at the original. It’s safe to say I love this franchise and I think this last one is the best …

The hacker, Bernie Peng, reprogrammed his girlfriend’s copy of Bejeweled and when she hit a certain score, there was a proposal!
Even though Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2 was shut out of the first Magor League Gaming Tournament due to the release date being so close, that doesn’t mean you still can’t win prizes and play against pro gamers in Meadowlands. UbiSoft, MLG, and Game Stop teamed up with us Frag Dolls and members of Dynasty who will be conducting lightning round competitions in which we have been instructed that we MUST give away the prizes.
