Twitter- A simple yet effective avenue for maintaining twitter on the go, obviously this has to be on my list! Follow your interests: instant updates from your friends, industry experts, favorite celebrities, and what’s happening around the world. Get short bursts of timely information on the official Twitter app for iPhone.



Facebook- Who wouldn’t want Facebook to work intuitively on your phone? Facebook for iPhone makes it easy to stay connected and share information with friends. Use your iPhone to start a conversation with Facebook Chat, check your friends’ latest photos and status updates, look up a phone number, or upload your own mobile photos to Facebook while on the go.



Skype- One of the latest things I have been using a lot for chatting and messaging is Skype. Skype on my PC has become a must have, and now I can keep in touch while traveling too. If you haven’t gotten on the Skype bandwagon yet, you must jump in and start developing that contact list, especially if you have limited calling on your phone. Why not be able to talk to others through the internet for free? Call, video call and instant message anyone else on Skype!


HootSuite- I have to manage multiple social media accounts from personal and work. HootSuite is simply the perfect app to allow me to keep track of all my medias together. While I use it mostly for the Frag Dolls accounts, I also mange my Valkyrie accounts through it, and leave the individual apps for my personal. If you have a gamer phenomenon, or a work account AND a personal account to mange for social media, then I highly advise getting this app for one of those functions!

Compose and Converse on the Go. HootSuite for iOS is the perfect social media tool for Twitter, Facebook, and Foursquare.  . Simple, elegant and powerful, HootSuite allows you to send and schedule Twitter, Facebook, and Foursquare updates, track click stats, and set up tracking columns to monitor keywords, #hashtags, and lists.



MyPhone+- This app is great for filling in important all the details I want to track to my Contacts from their Facebook profiles. My favorite part is when they call me their FaceBook picture is displayed!

Occasions- With this app, I never forget a birthday of people in my contact list on my Phone. I love the push notification of this app so I can send out my special messaging and make people know I care about them!

Keep track of dates that are important to ones with pop-up, sound and badge count alerts provided through local or push notifications. Decide when you want to know about an occasion coming up, and then use the in-app communication links to send your well wishes. Beluga For group messaging, this app is the way to go. We use it for communicating to everyone working events, and small communication updates like were we are meeting for dinner, what we have planned for the night, etc. You create these “pods” for basically any group you want to keep together and all your messages are heard instantly with a push to your iphone. It even works great for your clan match or raid coordination with your team!

iMovie- I LOVE this app more then all. Especially since we travel so much, you can actually put a decent video together while traveling. All those video’s you seen from me lately? Yea, iMovie is the BEST! You will be astounded at the level of video editing that is available right on your phone.

Camera+- This app really takes the iPhone camera to another level, and is a must have for those that like to take a lot of pictures.

Adobe Photoshop Express- This app can come in very handy for the basic quick touch up before you post that next pic.

Kindle- My Kindle is one of my favorite toys, and nothing beats being able to pick up from my book while I am waiting anywhere out and about.

Pandora Radio- Everyone wants their own personalize radio station to tune into right?

Netflix- Most people have a Nexflix account, but if you don’t have this app you are really missing out on taking full advantage of your membership.

HBO GO- I am a HBO original series fiend, especially with A Game of Thrones and True Blood, which is why I had to have this app. The best part is, they are promoting it so much that they are releasing early episodes of your favorite shows a week a head of time.  I hope they keep this up….

Hours Tracker- Ok, this might not be for everyone, but this app is a life saver for me.  Outside of working for Ubisoft, I also consult for marketing companies, and this helps me track what I am working on and how much. Even as a simple time management tool, once you set this up it’s easy to see where all your time is going!

HoursTracker is perfect for hourly workers that need to turn in a time card or time sheet, contractors who bill for jobs or projects separately, or those who simply just want to keep track of the hours they have worked. Features a streamlined, easy-to-use interface great for use on the go!


Moneybags- Another app not for everyone, but for someone like me that is a sucker for loaning people money, this app is a lifesaver for tracking those lones. I did shame my sister on Facebook with it once, and it was too funny!

Mr. Moneybags 1.1, a beautiful iPhone/iPod touch application designed to track personal IOU’s and aid users in quickly collecting on those debts later. Mr. Moneybags is the only app that lets you publicly “Shame” your friends (via Facebook) into paying back the debts they owe you as well as the only app to support uneven splits and partial payments.


Allrecipes Pro- This is probably one of my favorite websites for cooking recipes, so of course I had to get the Pro version of this app for the extra features. I love the food here and nothing beats creating my shopping list from the recipes I want to cook.

Awesome Note- Ok, everyone thinks I am so organized, but in truth if I don’t write tasks or ideas down and keep them where they need to go, I’m lost.  This is an amazing app for me to keep my scatterbrained thoughts together.

Mint.com- Can I just say nothing is more amazing then to actually SEE where all your money is going? I have learned a lot from this app, especially that of restraint- always a great trait to have with money.

Dropbox- This app (and website) is a godsend for people that need to share files, photos, or documents with people constantly. No more bounced emails due to size, FTP downloads, or yousendit files. Everything you want access to at any time is accessible online on any device, and it is just a click of button to share your files with anyone you want.

Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere. After you install Dropbox on your computer, any file you save to your Dropbox will automatically save to all your computers, your iPhone and iPad and even the Dropbox website! With the Dropbox app, you can take everything that matters to you on the go.

World of Warcraft Mobile Amory- When Blizzard added the function of guild chat recently, that took this app to a new level for WoW players.  Especially as I only have time for raids now a days, being able to sign up for events and chat with my guildies, without having to log into the game, is win. Of course, it is a must have for auctionamic majors.

Words with Friends- I have tried many games on my iPhone, but Words for Friends is by far the one with the most use from me.
