I thought I would use my blog this week to promote the Buy.com LAN Party and Tournaments for those that don’t necessarily read our forums. Hopefully we can pull some more people out there, especially for the Rainbow Six tournament, as there are only a few teams registered as of right now.  Frag Dolls will be there with bells on, so pack your bags and take a train, plane, or automobile to Anaheim, CA, next week! Below are all the details on the tournament and LAN and I will be bringing Cranium, Monopoly, and poker chips for all those as addicted to games as myself! Even if you don’t want to or can’t compete, come hang out as a spectator!

Buy.com LAN 2007 has been announced as the first Championship Gaming Series (CGS) qualifier of the 2007 season!

The following games are CGS qualifiers… PC events: Counter-Strike: Source, FIFA 07 and Xbox 360 events: Dead or Alive 4 and Project Gotham Racing 3.

CGS TOURNAMENTS
• Counter-Strike: Source - Saturday and Sunday (prizes awarded to the top three players in each tournament)
• FIFA Soccer 07 - One tournament on Saturday and one tournament on Sunday (prizes awarded to the top player in each tournament)
• Dead or Alive 4 - Two tournaments on Saturday and two tournaments on Sunday (prizes awarded to the top two players in each tournament)
• Project Gotham Racing 3 - Two tournaments on Saturday and one tournament on Sunday (prizes awarded to the top two players in each tournament)
