You never know what you’re going to get with kids. You get the kids who are mouthing off on Xbox Live telling you they’re going to do unecessary things to your mother or reiterating how they pwned you over and over. You get ones that tease you because you’re a girl or the ones that whine non-stop. The whole experience has made me just roll my eyes at playing video games with kids nowadays, feeling like they have no manners in online games and that 90% of the time, I’d rather play with people over the age of 15.

But then there’s times where I’m reminded of the innocence of kids playing video games - how much joy they get out of something so simple or how their eyes light up when you tell them you have a Wii and that they have your permission to play it. I had some friends over the other day and it was times like this that put a smile on my face.
