I can’t believe it’s finally happened. All those years of waiting and now Star Wars has come out on DVD! I spent the release day at TRU getting the latest SW trilogy collection vintage toys and I am still amazed that I was able to snag the last 2 yodas and the last 2 darth vaders. Sweet! I spent the night watching the entire “making of” featurette and was stoked to find that the DVD also contained a demo for Battlefront. Even though I’ve heard some mixed reviews on actual online MP gameplay, I can’t get enough of running around as a scout trooper or wookie and feeling like I’m in an actual SW battle. Ok, I do feel a bit bad for shooting ewoks, but getting to ride a speederbike is awesome (one of my fave scenes in ROTJ).

On another note, I finally attended to my little guys in Animal Crossing and found weeds everywhere!!! I swear I must have spent almost an hour pulling just weeds from the top half of my town. :( But luckily, I found a newbie Animal Crossing gamer who happily pulled weeds for me while I took a break. And excuse me for not being an AC expert, but I went on at 3am yesterday and discovered that if you find all the ghost’s spirits, he’ll pull all the weeds for you in return! Woo hoo!!
