Seems like I still haven’t recovered from all the traveling I’ve been doing in the past 2 weeks. I think the lack of sleep, plus me and Brookelyn standing in the rain for TRL, plus more lack of sleep last weekend on my trip to LA is a good reason why I’ve been low on energy. So even though I was in LA for 2 days visiting friends, visiting my sister, and attending a wedding, I still somehow managed to incorporate some 8 hours of butt-kicking on Halo 2. Playing online is nothing like playing a good ol’ 4 player game. Not that online is bad, but playing an old fashioned 4 player game totally helped me get better acquainted with the maps. By the end of the night, my friends were totally ready to wring my neck (one too many hits in the head with a shotgun I guess).
And I don’t know how to explain it, but I get a total rush when I hear “killing spree” during a round. Even better when the game is really close and you win by that last kill. Its crazy adrenaline I gotta say. My favorite games so far have been rocketball or even lockout with swords. Its insane and totally chaotic, but I love it.
