Just came back from an event-filled weekend at PAX. My first time in Seattle and my very first gaming convention. I’ve been to the SD comic con, the Wondercon and various Star Wars conventions, but this was a totally new experience – mainly because instead of being a fan (although I am one), I was part of the exhibitor group. Met a ton of friendly gamers who were super easy to talk to and totally hilarious (geeky sense of humor?). can’t even count how many times I was asked the question “What’s a Frag Doll?”, but needless to say, I never got tired of enthusiastically telling people what we’re all about.

Spent most of PAX on Black Arrow with Brookelyn, Eekers, and Valkyrie. And I have to give us props for awesome teamwork and winning the BA tourney. Yay! Thanks to everyone who signed up for the tourney and for showing awesome sportsmanship and patience.

Oh, and did I mention my 12 minutes of heaven playing Halo 2? omg, that was super sweet!! I felt like I was flying (jack) by the way I was jumping around and shooting that rocket launcher. Woo hoo! Anyways, it was an awesome weekend – got to spend time w/the Frag Dolls, meet some great people (who I’ll hopefully see online) and play some awesome games! Cya next year!!
