Even though I find myself saying this every time a new season comes around, I can’t help saying that I love this time of year! There’s something about knowing that I’ll be eating all that good food in a day or two that makes me happy. For me, all I want to do during the holidays is be indoors by the fireplace, hang out with friends and family, and be warm and cozy. Oh, and I can’t forget all the games that are just around the corner! I really just can’t keep up nowadays.

Of course with the Xbox 360 officially out, I’m going to have a heck of a time finding myself one. I didn’t really have that urge to do the whole “midnight madness” thing. The only things I’ve waited ridiculous hours in line for are Star Wars movies and last year’s Halo 2 release. My main objective right now is King Kong. After seeing the King Kong trailer at the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire release, I knew that the game wouldn’t disappoint me. Now I just have to be patient for my copy.

But in the meantime, I’ve got a lot of exciting things to look forward to:

1. First Clan Wars match!
2. playing football on Thanksgiving
3. spending as many hours on WOW as I want knowing that I don’t have anything else to do! yay! (Ham, lvl 42 human warlock, Proudmoore)
4. eating until those turkey enzymes knock me out on the couch
5. two words - black friday. w00t!

Don’t be a hater on Thanksgiving, no matter how much you don’t like yams. :( And if you’re going to be any more grateful during any other time of the year, now’s the time. Be thankful that you’re not stuck playing Sega’s Turkey Hunting USA! just kidding… sort of.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
