It is an honor and pleasure to announce our new team of gaming sisters across the pond, the UK Frag Dolls!  After a thorough recruitment process, Ubisoft’s London office has brought together these five girl gaming All-Stars and we’re thrilled to welcome them into our family.

You’ll get to learn more about them soon enough on www.fragdolls.com/uk/, but allow me to make a few quick introductions.

Voodoo

This girl is no noob when it comes to hardcore gaming.  While training to become the highly skilled FPS player she is today, she once put in 18 hours straight on Xbox Live without eating or sleeping.  Her confident command of a controller and competitive experience helps her be the leader on the field.  An eventful childhood spent in home-schooling between the UK and India has made her an interesting mad-girl.

Kitt

A freelance videogame journalist from Scotland, Kitt would be considered a game expert even among the geekiest of company.  She comes armed with an encyclopedic knowledge of video games, solid skills, and a great way of communicating on the subject.  Kitt has previously worked for the BBC on a number of radio and TV shows.

Sarin

Sarin is a veteran gamer with extensive experience and a laid back style.  As a student when not gaming, she follows culture and art and is probably the team member most likely to be caught watching black and white, subtitled films. 
This Irish Jackie-Of-All-Trades has a wide variety of skills outside of gaming:  she was once Tesco Young Chef Of The Year and does belly dancing to boot.

Jam

This flame-haired lady is a serious gamer with a love of the quirky, exotic and Japanese.  Heavily into music and anime, she occasionally attends “cosplay” events dressed as game characters.  This year she’s working on a PoP3 Farah outfit.  Eccentric in her tastes, she apparently fancies Pyramid Head from Silent Hill…

Lucky

Lucky is our representative of the mainstream gaming population.  Often people who live and breathe games forget why and how they liked them in the first place; Lucky loves them because they’re fun.  Look up “infectious enthusiasm” in the dictionary and you’ll find her picture.  Or look in the nearest death metal club and you’ll probably find her doing the macarena to Slipknot.
