Psyche: Small FD in the City
Apr 03, 8:07 pm

At least I think I’m small.  I’m only 5’5” and 130 lbs...well, whatever!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it’s another New York City-related blog. I can never write enough about my home because me loves it soo much. Anyway, back to the blog - this week i got the opportunity to go see a play in the city.  Now, I don’t usually go see plays but it was required for my acting class (and I was also looking forward to it).

So a few new friends and I ventured to the city to find this theater, which we had never been to before.  We planned on getting there early, just in case we got lost. Along the way, we saw some awesome stuff; I just so happened to have my camera and a thought popped in my head: “Hey, this would be awesome for a blog!” So I took some random pictures of some things I saw, at weird angles i thought were cool because I have not taken any photo classes whatsoever.

We also went to a theme restaurant called “Mars 2112.” We took a “space shuttle” to Mars to get to the restaurant. Well, the shuttle was pretty unique but I think I was a tad too old to believe it. The food was a bit pricey but good, and the environment was cool with red rocks and Martians all around us. There is also an arcade!  Thats where I played some DDR! Enjoy the pics!

Ohh, and by the way - we did manage to find the theater. The play was pretty cool. It’s called “Blindness” - it’s about a group of people who all of a sudden go blind (go figure) and then are put in some sort of military camp to help stop the spread of blindness. There is a moral at the end of the play, which was “we are all blind.” I saw that coming… wink
