Saturday night I got to play some Tom Clancy’s HAWX for Community Gaming night with Slick Rick, McMax3000, Vballchick PMS and H20 Maverick, Booty and as always shenanigans took place.  First round, Slickrick took out the whole opposing team with 23 kills; it was quite epic and annoying at the same time because I was the one getting shot down!! The second round resulted in a draw thanks to me and my teammates efforts on not losing. 

For round three, Max and I requested a happier map. This did not help because we still got shot down by Slickrick. I think I am going to have nightmares of “you have been killed by Slick”.  It’s pretty horrifying after it happens over and over and over again.

Finally Green team (my team) came up with a 1337 strategy. LETS ALL GANG UP ON RICK! And let me tell you it worked pretty darn well. We tied twice and then the blue team got a double EMP strike. We don’t talk about the double EMP Strike… it screwed us over. Basically, Slickrick owned us all. I need to practice more. He is my boss battle and until I beat him, I can’t say I have mastered Tom Clancy’s HAWX.

Side note:
Max tip: don’t play and type on IRC at the same time, it will get you killed!
Psyche tip: don’t write a blog while playing HAWX because that will get you killed too.

I had to say it was super fun and thanks to the Frag Doll applicants for joining us. We must do this again.
