This week I got to go back to school! I was fortunate enough to take a 2-day crash course on Photoshop (8 hours each day, which kind of felt like boot camp). It was an introduction class, which meant it was for noobs like me. I have always in some way or another used the program before, but only doing basic things like cropping, resizing images, stuff like that. All the other tools and settings in Photoshop used to scare me! There is so much to do on this magnificent program which always felt overwhelming...but not anymore! Now layers are my best friend. I am not a pro at it yet, but I feel this class has helped me become a better employee at Ubisoft. Take a look at some of the work I did:

Now the real challenge is reinforcing all the stuff I learned so that I can get better at it. Photoshop is a program that takes a lot of patience and practice. I encourage people to learn how to use it because it truly is a great skill to have.
I gotta go Photoshop my friends’ faces on gaming characters now.
