When it comes to gaming I think I have seen pretty much everything, may it be a funny Robot Chicken episode with Mario and Luigi or an awesome Halo 2 montage. Recently I have witnessed a whole new genre of well…. crazy! Max told me about this girl a few months back and we had a nice chuckle about it. But when he told me (a bit nervously I might add) that she had won some contest and was actually visiting the Bungie studios, I was intrigued. After reading the write up of “Cortana’s” trip to the “Templar Estate Kirkland, 2817” I went from intrigued to a little disturbed. Basically, this girl believes she is Cortana reincarnated, and not only that but other people believe it too. I’m adding the link to her blog on MySpace, which is all over the internet including the rooster teeth site. Anyway, if you wanna nice chuckle or feel creeped out, here ya go.

While I’m not going to bring up religion, as I don’t think that’s a politically correct thing to do, I am going to say that hopefully no one ever confuses gaming and a God like this ever again. Luckily gamers are some of the most down to earth and intelligent people I know of, and as for the few people at Bungie I have met, they are no exception (obviously). For those of you who don’t want to take the time to read the madness, here are some of my favorite quotes from “Cortana’s” blog:
