NEWS FLASH NEWS FLASH!!!! Tomorrow is Father’s Day so all you freaks and geeks put down your controller/mouse/or joystick for at least 10 minutes and go buy your daddy something pretty that your mom can use. If money is out of the question because you already live in his basement, then go upstairs and maybe do a load of laundry or change the oil on his car with his supervision of course… because the last thing you want is to try and take off the oil plug and you accidentally removed the transmission.
But at least the effort was there...oh well. The funniest thing I find about Father’s Day is that its a day to celebrate the man that helped raise us to awesomeness but yet we still make them work by grilling the food we will be eating. It’s the truth though because most dads want to BBQ and to be honest I wouldn’t put the grilling techniques in the hands of anybody other then a Master of the Propane Flamethrower. Our daddies are special(in more ways than one).
For gift ideas it came pretty easy to think of the things that my dad would want for Father’s Day. Since my dad is a gamer just like me the Father’s Day gaming ideas came into play so this is what I came up with....
1. If you have some money to spend on the dad you can never go wrong with Astro A-40 headset. They are the best of the best when it comes to gaming and for the dads to drown out screaming children while being in the zone in an intense battle of Call of Duty Black Ops.
2. If you’re unsure of what exactly what to get your daddy when it comes to games, you can never go wrong when it comes to getting a Gamestop Gift Card. Now be sure to not be cheap A$$ when it comes to putting money on the card. I don’t think you would like dads reaction when he finds out that there’s only 5 bucks on the gift card and then dad has to cover 60 bucks for “Hello Kitty Island Adventure”. At least this way we won’t be embarased by his latest purchase.
3. For those hardcore gamer dads that love playing multiplayer and want the best of the best monitors ViewSonic Monitor is absolutely amazing with a response time of 1 ms. So if you want to see your dad screaming while jumping up and down definitely get him one of those.
4. For those that just don’t know what to get your dad in general, you can never go wrong with Amazon.com. Which luckily for us that don’t know what to get daddy they have great daddy gift ideas they suggest which come in handy.
5. If all else fails and you’re completely broke. Give daddy a hug or better yet let him win on a match or two on Call of Duty and help him with his KDR. Because all in all...dad deserves to have a day of just pure domination at everything on his day 
. So you gamers out there...let him win.
In conclusion, our fathers put up with a lot of our shenanigans and are always there to teach us from right and wrong. They are amazing and without them we would all still be an egg… So thank you daddies for being who you are and always being there for us. We love you and appreciate you for everything you do. To all the fathers away from their loved ones on this day serving our country be careful and get back safe.
