This is a time I wait for every year, my favorite part of Fall, time for the Renaissance Festival! The Renaissance Festival is a traveling show that recreates times of old. From the king and queen, jousting knights, beggars, gypsies, turkey legs, mead, dragons, talking trees, and sword fights, the festival has fun for everyone.  I woke up in anticipation and excitement knowing my day would be filled with Renaissance fun.  Just another way I can bring my games to life and enjoy another world!

I walk to the gates and feel like I have walked directly through a time portal and landed square in the middle of Warcraft III. It’s like a looking glass into the past and the actors never leave character. In their 16th season in Carolinas, the Carolina renaissance festival has become a well oiled machine. From drunken beggars to hecklers being pelted with tomatoes, no matter where you look everyone plays their role.  Every year I make sure to never miss the Tortuga Twins and the Knights cause those are my favorite shows of the day.
