This coming Saturday my life will be changed forever.  I will officially be a married woman! Can you believe it?

Brooke...Married...WOW!

According to my childhood dreams, I’m two years early.  For some reason I always envisioned myself getting married at the age of 28, but with that said, I also thought I was going to be a millionaire by this time as well.  Its funny how life never goes down the path we predict, but we find ourselves faced with constant detours. Starting Saturday, this will be a road sign I won’t be able to avoid.  I’m sure married life will be filled with unexpected situations with no easy way around them.

In my heart, I feel like I’m ready for this new adventure in my life.  I made a promise to God ,John and myself that I will never give up on this relationship; I will fight for us till my dying breath.  For the first time in my life, God has blessed me with something that every human dreams of - a partner to share life with; to love and respect for eternity.  No matter what crap hands life deals, that person will be there to comfort you when you fall. 

This Saturday, I dedicate my life to this relationship.  Normally, I’m the type of person that hates change.  I fear it!  This is how I know I’m ready; my biggest fear doesn’t scare me anymore. I wake up each morning comforted knowing I’m spending the rest of my life with the greatest man in the world. God has truly blessed me. Thank you!

History of Our Relationship
Three years ago, Bungie challenged the Frag Dolls to a Hump Day Challenge.  In the game I recognized the name Anim8rJB from the Frag Doll forums. I quickly looked up his profile; to my surprise he was the hottest guy I have ever laid eyes on. I was confused how someone so hot could work in the industry (funny how I stereotyped him the same way some people stereotype the Frag Dolls). I knew from that moment on I wanted him.

I was like a 12 year old boy in school that picks on the girl he likes. I harassed JB everyday on Xbox Live and through texts. I would try to embarrass him by saying he was so sexy in front of the entire Halo room. JB was so shy he wouldn’t say anything, which made me what him more. Girls always want what they think they can’t have. I guess my forwardness finally paid off, because after a while he gave in and started replying to my text messages. A couple of months later I met him at Sundance and from there it was history. Three years later and we are getting married!  I win! I got my man!
