Before I moved to San Antonio I lived in Dallas and had a life there for 3 years, so I considered it my home. Well for the past couple of weeks I have been missing Dallas so much, trying to think of any excuse to go there. Thanksgiving was a perfect reason to go back and visit.

Since I have been here for 2 days now, I have done nothing but eat and sleep, sounds perfect right?  Wrong!  There is just one thing I am desperately missing and that’s me playing my xbox online.  You would think it being 2004 and all, that people would get with the program and have Internet access, but not my family. I don’t even think the word online is in there vocabulary. I just don’t get it, how do people survive without the Internet? 

I probably send 3/4 of my day online doing anything from working, emailing or playing Xbox. I swear if I gain even a pound this weekend I am definitely going to blame it on my family for not having such a essential source for outside communication in there homes.  By me not having the Internet to take my focus off important things like eating, that is all I do now. This pecan pie sitting across from me isn’t helping me either… DUDE!! Can someone get it away from me!  All right now I’m just going crazy… Xbox is my life and I obviously can’t live without it. 

Oh yeah you’re probably wondering how I sent this in if I don’t have Internet access?  Well I actually found a friend of a friend of a friend that had dial up...It took about a good 10 minutes just to post it. Now that’s sad. :(
