PAX is right around the corner which means we need to get started with nominating community members for this year’s Fraggie Awards...But first, I would like to thank Community Member, SlickRick for writing out the below rules for us. Thanks again for volunteering your time to this great cause. 
It is that time of year again. It is time to recognize the communities’ achievements over the past year. This year we brainstormed, took your ideas and came up with 6 new awards to compliment most of the returning awards from last year to change things up. This is Great news for people who may not have won any awards in the past!
This year’s voting will consist of two parts. This was decided in order to change things up a bit and possibly make it easier for more people to have a shot at an award.
So here are the rules for this phase of voting:
* Starting today you will be voting, like normal, on who you think deserves the award. This phase of voting lasts from August 10th, 2009 - August 16th, 2009 (You have till the end of the 16th to vote) giving you one week to vote.
*Votes need to be PMED to Brooklyn FD. She will then count the votes and choose the top 4 of each category.
*Once the Votes are tallied (Should be by the end of the week, the 20th or 21st of August) we will then post the categories with their respective 4 candidates. On this phase you will vote for ONE of the 4 nominees that you think are best suited for the award.
*This Voting will end by the end of day on August 30th, 2009
*Winners will be announced at this year’s Penny Arcade Expo. If not present to collect the award you will be notified.
Again this method may help with more variety in winners due to everyone’s votes not being spread out so much. Also, you are MORE than welcome to campaign for an award, whether through videos, posts, whatever floats your boat. Go Crazy with it since these awards are meant to be fun!

QUICK RULES:
*You must PM Brookelyn through the Frag Doll website when submitting your vote. If you post your nominations on the thread it will NOT be counted.
*Only one vote per person per category
*No more votes will be counted after submission!! .
