Guess what? I survived my 8th Comic Con! I just got back last night, and now that I have had a day to recover I get to enjoy the best part about returning from Comic Con…no, not chopping off my feet to numb the pain, or tending to the bruises from 126,000 people that body checked me over the weekend, or gargling salt water to try to get my voice back. None of that! I get to finally pull out my swag bag and see all my loot from the one day I got to roam around the Con.
This is my 2009 Comic Con Swag Picture blog:
My Little Pony- Good vs. Evil -Exclusive. I will be keeping this cutie in the box, but I can’t help to think they got the packaging backwards. Shouldn’t the flames on the box be on the side of the evil pony?
Bad Girl shirt by Freddy Loter. Loter Inc. sales a new style each year during Comic Con. I love the vintage cotton they use to print their cute little devil girl on. I have two different styles so far, but hopefully will be ordering more soon. They’re just too comfy to not have one for each day of the week.
Pea Ponytail Holder. JB, Rhoulette and I have been big fans of Conduct Happiness: Pea collection for a couple of years now. Considering we own the majority of their shirts, I settled for the cute key chain and ponytail holder this year.
Egg, Toast, Bacon and a Diner Dash Apron. JB bought me the breakfast, but I got the Diner Dash Apron for beating some random on the upcoming Xbox Live Diner Dash Game. I know what Valkyrie and I will be playing together in September!
Wood Blocks by Gary Ham. Does that artist name ring a bell? He is the same artist that designed the Frag Doll illustrations. I had to stop by his booth and show him some support. The Koala Bear is my favorite piece.
Exclusive Vintage TMNT Posters, signed by the illustrator- Marq Spusta. A long with Gary Hams wood blocks this is my favorite out of the bunch. I got extremely lucky when the girl that won these posters for our TMNT raffle never showed up to claim her prize. Yay me! I can’t wait to get them all framed and hung on my wall.
Here are two photos of JB and I having fun times. Isn’t my man lovely? lol.
Ubisoft decided we were so awesome they put us on their TMNT Smash Up box
