About two weeks ago I ended up getting a day job.  I’m currently working for a general contractor as a receptionist.  I figured it was time to get myself out of the house during the day, and the extra cash doesn’t hurt either.  It’s been hard adjusting to a normal gig though; I’ve never had a 9-5 job in my life.  I’ve been a Frag Doll for more than two years, but I wouldn’t call it a “normal” job by any means. 

Anyway, back to my point.  When Ubisoft called and asked if they could fly me out on Wednesday, I was more than willing to say yes.  I didn’t really know why they wanted me there, but I didn’t care - anything to get out of going to my day job seemed exciting.  To my surprise, Ubisoft ended up flying all the Frag Dolls out for a relaxing week of fun.

First we were greeted by Kip, a representative from Comcast. Yep, it’s official! The Frag Dolls are now sponsored by Comcast!!! You know what that means right?  FREE CABLE AND INTERNET!! After Kip explained all the upcoming fun stuff Frag Dolls will be a part of, we all got to break for lunch.  However, what started as lunch quickly turned into a Frag Doll shopping spree in downtown San Francisco.  We finally made it back to the Ubisoft office two hours later.  We were then greeted by Anne, a high school teacher who introduced us to the world of video.  She gave us a three hour lesson on everything we need to know about filming and editing.  The information was much needed, considering Comcast had just given us a sweet HD camera to film events we travel to.  I figured the day had ended there, until our sweet manager, Melanie, arrived with gifts for all of us.  THE WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!  I couldn’t believe it!!!!  I finally got it after all this time.  I could have ended my week right at that moment, it was so perfect, but the fun didn’t stop there.  Next, Ubisoft treated all of us to manicures AND pedicures. Imagine seven Frag Dolls sipping wine as our feet soaked in rose petals all while talking about strats for R6:Vegas.  Our night ended with a gourmet meal at one of San Francisco’s finest Seafood restaurants.

I’ll wrap up the following day in a few words.  Frag Dolls, photo shoot, make up artist, stylist, need I say more?  It was a definitely a princess weekend for all of us.

I swear I am not exaggerating with this blog.  These events really did happen.  Sometimes I forget how good it is to be a Frag Doll.  I truly was blessed this weekend.  Thanks for everything Ubisoft!
