Today couldn’t have started off better.  First off I received my paycheck, which is always a great motivator, for any person.  So after cashing my check I did want any typical young girl would do…. I went shopping!! I’m attending the Radio Music Awards this Monday so it was definitely my first priority to get something cute to wear. After picking a “best dress” outfit for the awards, I remembered having nicely manicured hands is just as important. Five hours later of being primped and pampered, it was time for me to get home and kick some serious ass on Black Arrow.

Four of the Frag Dolls were chosen to duke it out with the developers of Black Arrow.  The developers WOW!!!  Since I am one of the biggest fans of the whole RainbowSix 3 series, I could compare this experience to being a 13 year old girl meeting her favorite boy band.

We started off in their server, which had me a little worried. They are in Montreal, so I was concerned about the lag.  The last thing I wanted was for the developer to have an upper hand. One minute into the game I realized server advantage didn’t matter. They were getting owned regardless of the connection.  Ten or so games later, we had not lost a single round (and on some rounds we tried to give them a chance by playing a girl down). It didn’t help, they still got skooled.

They even tried spawn killing (their only chance at a possible victory) and still lost. My friend Eekers said it best, “I can see the headlines now, ‘Developers of Black Arrow exploit there own game.’” It was so funny both teams had to laugh at that one.

After the victory was over and the humiliation for them ended, we thanked them for developing such awesome games. They also thanked us for appreciating and enjoying the game they worked so hard on. This was the ending to the best day I had this week.  Needless to say I couldn’t ask for a better one. Shopping, manicures, kicking the developers of Black Arrow butt.

Geez……. life can be so great.
